Grants
Chesapeake Bay Trust
The Chesapeake Bay Trust is a nonprofit grant-making organization that provides funding and resources for community-based environmental restoration, green infrastructure, watershed protection, and education projects throughout the Chesapeake Bay region. The Trust awards millions of dollars each year to help communities implement projects that improve water quality, restore natural resources, and promote environmental stewardship.​​
Watershed Assistance Grant program (WAGP)
Supports watershed planning, project design, and program development efforts that lead to improved water quality and restoration initiatives.
Green Streets, Green Jobs, Green Towns (G3)
Funds green infrastructure and community greening projects such as stormwater management practices, green streets, and urban tree canopy expansion to improve local waterways and community livability.
Mini Community Engagement and Restoration (Mini CER)
Provides small-scale funding for community-based environmental projects such as tree plantings, rain gardens, stream cleanups, and other stewardship activities that engage local residents.
