An essential tool for promoting development in the region.  The plan describes the resources of the region, identifies areas of need and sets forth goals and strategies to develop the region in an efficient and desirable manner.  This document is prepared and updated annually to comply with the Economic Development Administration Act of 1965, as amended, and the West Virginia Regional Planning and Development Act.
